We stayed a week in this house and loved it. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, as on the photos. We feel in the middle of nature and can hear nothing else than the ocean and sounds from the forest, birds etc. The view is wonderful. The house is comfortable, very clean, bright with lot of light, calm, with nice touches and a good atmosphere. We can see that the host put attention to details to make the stay nice and comfortable for guests. The location is amazing. There are so many gorgeous beaches around, walking distance and driving, tidal pools, and walks by the ocean. We also surfed at Southbroom beach. Tanya has been kind and responsive throughout. Our only regret is not having stayed longer! We recommend this place for a peaceful, comfortable stay, between nature and the ocean.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kingfisher Cottage in Umkobi! The cottage really does feel like a home away from home and has absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
We were walking distance to the beach and close to the beautiful Southbroom Golf Club. The views are absolutely incredible, and the whole place has such a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
The bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable, and we loved coming back to the cottage after a day out. We will definitely be back!

The unit is very private, with amazing views from the deck of the Barn Swallows during the summer months. We loved the stylishly decorated bedroom which felt like an instant holiday just walking in! The WiFi was great and we loved the convenience of an airfryer.
